Project: New RDF/XML parser for RDF-API for PHP

RAP - RDF API for PHP [1] is a software package for parsing, querying, manipulating, serializing and serving RDF models.

The RDF/XML parser component unfortunately is very slow and contains several bugs. We are looking for an complete (re-)implementation using one of the recent XML-APIs for PHP.

    The old parser also produces blank db fields, when importing rdf/owl and cannot even parse the pizza.owl correct. The outcome of this project should be able to parse correctly (or at least parse the majority of the the rdf/owl files correctly)
