Project: Cell raytracer (for ps3linux)
A, preferably Blender compatible, raytracer using the cell processor used by the Sony PlayStation 3 running on ps3linux. That way the PS3 could be used as an affordable (relative to the price of a PC cabable of the same performance) dedicated render machine.

(1)The raytracer should make full usage of all available SPUs. Also, the engine needs to be optimized for the CELL rather than just threading out generic code to the SPU cores.

- realtime raytracer?
As far a as I can tell this is a realtime raytracer - not exactly what I was looking for. Might be a good place to start though...
