Project: Voip on Neo Freerunner
Neo FreeRunner has all hardware requirements to be able to do VoIP the only barrier is to have a good software to be able to do so. Actually are some possibilities like Linphone but is not stable enough, or in Debian maybe ekiga will be playable but in order to make this software the most compatible to all distributions I think the best solution is to Integrate VoIP capabilities to actual FSO API and future Openmoko phone stack Paroli

Average rating:
(1)It must use as must as possible the standard FSO API and if needed extend it
-
R2: Module of Paroli
by tuxbrain on 15 Mar 2009 21:45
Average rating:
(1)Paroli is the future phone stack Neo Freerunner will use, it's written in phyton and all his modules use the same intance of python.
The solution must be a module of Paroli and be able to make/recive calls using same interfaces(not much different) as GSM calls, able to interact with PIM, and log (losts calls, incoming calls,...)
It has to be able to set up the VoIP provider (server, user, pass, etc) from a graphical interface in Paroli too.0 Comments on "Module of Paroli" (Show)
